This less intensive phase is suited to people who started on the Rapid Weight Loss phase and need to continue to lose weight. It is also designed for people who are not obese but want to lose weight steadily.
The Steady Weight Loss phase can be followed by introducing one low calorie meal, such as our OptiSlim® HealthyOption Meal, for your lunch or evening meal with two cups of low starch vegetables. The OptiSlim® shake, soup or bar can be enjoyed for the remaining two meals a day for 2-6 weeks.
Snacks, such as fruit or fat-free yogurt should be introduced daily, ensuring that total calories consumed do not exceed your daily allowance.
* Snacks should not exceed 100 calories. Eg. A piece of fruit or fat-free yogurt. 1-3 doses of the OptiSlim® fibre per day is recommended.
