Easy to make spaghetti bolognese recipe. Delicious & super healthy!
– 225g whole wheat spaghetti
– 450g lean ground beef
– 1 onion, chopped
– 1 can or fresh diced tomatoes
– 1 tablespoon tomato paste
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
2. In a separate pan, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat.
3. Once the beef is fully cooked, add in the chopped onion and cook until softened.
4. Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Serve the bolognese sauce over the cooked spaghetti and enjoy! Optional: sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese for added flavour.
